The client looked to outsource their IT support, as budget restrictions caused them to review their IT
spend. Discovering high costs in recruitment, wages, company benefits, training to keep certifications relevant and HR management; this initiated the client’s research into how they could reduce OPEX and
command a better control over their IT spend, whilst maintaining an experienced and qualified IT team on hand 24×7. A key priority for the client was to ensure they chose an organisation with experience transitioning
enterprise companies from an in-house dependant team, to an external managed service provider that would not only maintain, but increase their employees access to specialist IT knowledge.


Budget restrictions caused this company to review their IT spending, causing them to need to outsource their IT support.


Due to Xuper’s proven ability in providing exceptional outsourced managed services, including level 1-3 fulltime backfilled onsite engineers for high-volume sites and dispatch to site support across numerous mid-low volume locations internationally, the client’s decision to select Xuper was an easy one. The initial period of transition management was vital to the project’s success, with Xuper’s Project Management team spending time at each of the client’s sites, observing & documenting how the IT infrastructure, application & procurement services were managed. This enabled Xuper to develop an integration strategy, ensuring minimal disruption to the client whilst also highlighting opportunities for improvements to process flows. 


Xuper now provide a range of managed services for the client including dispatch for end user compute, hardware and software management, remote desktop services, IMAC’s, re-installations, stock management and fulltime onsite technical support. Xuper’s service SLA’s have been tailored to priority levels pre-defined with the client, further enabling the provision of a cost-effective solution that is right.
