The Meeting Platform
The Meeting Platform is a Cloud based meeting service that is as portable as you want it to be. A simple, easy-to-use solution for your everyday meetings, enhancing communication, collaboration and cutting down decision making along with boosting productivity across the board.
We believe that everyone should have a video address, much like having a phone number or an email, and logging into The Meeting Platform is as simple as logging into your emails. As soon as you’re in you will see a run-down of your meetings, showcasing any new requests, along with your next meetings and previous ones. Your directory tells you which users you can connect to, what devices you can connect with and how you can connect to your space.
Each meeting that you book gives you the option to add those from your current user directory or by email, giving you the ability as a user to add anyone to your meeting. Automated emails are sent to the proposed attendees giving everyone, even external parties, the ability to connect using any method that is available to them, whether that’s web, desktop or client app.
Connections, Presentations & Audio Only
You don’t need to connect with both audio and video. Being able to take advantage of connecting to a call by presentation or audio only means you don’t have to be on camera to attend a virtual meeting. You can also mute yourself, disconnect/reconnect your camera and create presentations all whilst in the meeting, with no need to open up separate pages or documents. With screen sharing options, you can share a website or document that is open on your screen, giving you endless opportunities when it comes to content sharing.
Being web based, The Meeting Platform is also fully wireless, so there is no need for additional connections.
Audio & Video
The Meeting Platform is completely designed and fully equipped to deliver high definition audio and video to everyone in the meeting, giving you the ability to meet or share content without any loss of quality.
Our service desk is on hand to help you with every area of the platform. Whether it’s answering questions on using the platform, to being on hand at the start of your call to support you and your contacts, and also if required, creating appointments and meeting calls for you.
